Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods and set appointments.
Assess property damage, create inspection reports using provided technology.
Coordinate between homeowners, production teams, and insurance companies.
Monitor project progress, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
Availability for some evenings/weekends; reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel/relocate.
No experience necessary—training provided!

Compensation:

Weekly pay. Beginning rate dependent upon previous experience. Commission Based with Medical, Dental, Disability insurance after 60 days as a full-time employee 401(k) program eligibility after a year as a full-time employee.
