What You’ll Do:
As a high-achieving sales professional, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project completion. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, guiding them through damage assessment, repair planning, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Appointments: Use your sales expertise to canvass neighborhoods and convert leads into sales.
Technology Utilization: Create precise inspection reports and scope of work documents with state-of-the-art tools.
Project Management: Act as the liaison between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies to ensure flawless project execution.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring every job meets Aspen’s high standards.
Sales Growth: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, proving yourself as a top performer.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in construction, roofing, restoration, or insurance.
Skills:
Elite presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivation and discipline to operate independently and crush your sales targets.
Charisma and resilience to excel in a competitive environment.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to safely carry, set up, and climb ladders.
Comfortable with roof inspections and walking on roofs.
Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
Willingness to travel as needed.
