Position: Sales Consultant – Roofing, Siding, and Gutter Specialist
Travel Territory: Nebraska and Iowa

What You’ll Do:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate appointments with homeowners.
Use advanced technology to create inspection reports and scope of work documents.
Guide homeowners through the restoration process, from damage assessment to repair completion.
Coordinate between homeowners, production managers, and insurance providers to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress and quality to guarantee homeowner satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: No experience in construction or insurance? We value a passion for learning, persuasive communication skills, and a drive for success.
Key Traits:
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Friendly, engaging personality with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments as needed.
Willingness to travel throughout Nebraska and Iowa.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Physical ability to carry and climb ladders and perform roof inspections safely.

Weekly pay with competitive commission-based earnings.
