Location Manager
We are currently seeking to hire a Location Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing company partnerships with clients, overseeing and growing sales team to drive company revenue.
The successful candidate will be able to complete work to our elevated level of expectation on time with little supervision. Skills that make this a match include a good personality, excellent communication and social skills, a self-starter with strong follow-through, an eye for detail, a high level of accuracy with an ability to solve complex issues. You should be someone who has the highest standards, takes pride in their work and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily sales operations
- Track daily, weekly, monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Train and evaluate employees
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
*Commission based off of profit of the location
This is a full-time position which may include occasional weekend shifts as job duties demand.
