Are you a dynamic, creative force who thrives on bringing brands to life through engaging experiences? Aspen Contracting is looking for a Brand Engagement & Events Specialist to take our marketing and events to the next level! In this role, you'll be at the center of exciting company initiatives—planning impactful events, managing trade shows, and crafting compelling content that amplifies our brand. You’ll oversee promotional inventory, coordinate Aspen’s Covers 4 Others Free Roof Program, and ensure our marketing efforts drive meaningful connections.

This full-time, in-office role (Lee’s Summit, MO) offers salary compensation of $50,000-$55,000 (depending on experience) along with benefits.

What You'll Do:

Plan and execute internal and external events (trade shows, company celebrations, community outreach, etc.).
Assist in content planning and creation to strengthen Aspen’s brand presence.
Maintain and manage promotional inventory, orders, and invoicing.
Oversee Aspen’s Covers 4 Others Free Roof Program and coordinate its marketing efforts.
Support the Marketing Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Organize and oversee home/trade shows, holiday parties, and networking events.
Assist with travel logistics (flight, hotel, car rental) when needed.
Stay flexible and adaptable, as responsibilities may evolve based on seasonal priorities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
✔ Experience with social platforms, content scheduling, Canva
✔ Knowledge of Google My Business, Hootsuite, email marketing a bonus
✔ Understanding of SEO best practices
✔ Research & writing capabilities appreciated
